My Background

As a New York Life Agent, I believe most people want to do what's right - right for themselves, right for their families, right for their businesses and employees, and right for their communities. In fact, it's one of the reasons I joined the company.

Though I'm licensed in many states, I have been a proud member of the Florence, South Carolina community for nearly 20 years, and therefore have a vested interest in seeing my friends and neighbors succeed. As a comminity member and business owner, I have many of the same hopes and aspirations as my clients, and I am happy to share with you all the resources and information New York Life has to offer to help you prepare for your life and those who matter most to you.

Depending on your needs, I can introduce you to some ways to help protect your family's lifestyle and future or prepare for major financial events such as paying for college, saving for retirement, or caring for an aging relative. Additionally, I hold an Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of International Management (MIM) from the University of Maryland University College.

Because I believe the best way I can serve my clients is to educate myself, I have earned my Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations from The American College of Financial Services. I am also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

Of course, my background isn't really the one that matters. To be the best possible agent, I've found that getting to know my clients – their hopes, dreams and goals for the future – is the most important step.
